Choose from weekly classes, or clinic intensives. Please choose the level that is right for you.
While we teach all skill levels, classes are designed for serious competitive athletes in gymnastics, dance and cheer who are committed to leveling up their acro game!
Level 1: This is open to all learners. We work on bridges, hand and headstands, cartwheels, front and back walkovers and handsprings.
Level 2: You must have mastered walkovers, cartwheels, bridges and handsprings without a spot. We continue to work on front and back handsprings, add aerials and begin tumbling passes.
Level 3: We work on tumbling passes so you must have mastered aerials (side, front or both), and roundoff back handsprings to enter this level.
All classes include the skills training and levels mentioned above. Please make sure that you are registered for the level that is best suited to improve your skill set. Have a great time with friends and level up your acro skills. Classes will include:

Meet Your Coach
Coach Melissa is a Long Island native with over two decades of coaching experience as a junior Olympic USAG coach.
She has created state, regional and national champions from level 4 through level 10; sending many off to division 1 colleges to further their careers in the sport. Her passion for helping students unlock their full potential has made her a sought-after coach.
